 The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Office of the Chief Secretary and its Performance Management & Reforms Unit (PMRU), invites proposals from eligible bidders for Design and Development of Framework for Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

This KPI management framework will streamline the process of tracking and assessing organizational performance, provide clarity on progress toward strategic goals, and offer insights through automated reports and departmental comparisons. 

A standardized system will ensure better alignment of organizational goals, more efficient resource use, and continuous improvement across departments.
